You will be invoiced for your order within 30 days of purchase. Corporate clients must have a PO in place prior to the fulfillment of services or supplies. Please note, that Western Kentucky University applies a 30% service fee to all invoices.
Both new and returning customers now have the opportunity to recommend CHL to a new client to receive a 5% discount on your next order! Just ask the client you referred to provide us with your name, organization, and contact with their purchase. Referral discounts are only applicable on orders placed within 12 months of the referral client's purchase.
The client being referred must purchase Crawford Hydrology Lab services and/or products before the discount is applied. Discount is not valid for personnel fees or travel expenses. Referral discounts may be used towards new purchases or be applied to any ongoing project.
