Dye Tracing Workshop

Crawford Hydrology Laboratory and Mammoth Cave National Park hosted a one-day dye tracing workshop during the recent National Cave and Karst Management Symposium.  The participants got hands-on field experience while completing real research for the park. The three traces completed during the workshop were part of the Park's  water quality and spill response program in efforts to trace water movement through the cave where tour routes are located.
